The U.S. House of Representatives on Tuesday overwhelmingly approved by a 415-2 majority a resolution supporting the Iranian people's right to free expression while condemning the country's leadership for crackdowns on recent protests.
"With the passage of this resolution, we state that America stands with the Iranian people," said Representative Ed Royce, Chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
