'Where is the justice in this court?'

The Professors for Political and Economic Power visited the Netiv Avot neighborhood in Gush Etzion and published a statement that there is no justification for uprooting and evacuating the neighborhood.

The professors investigated the situation and said that in light of the fact that there are no Palestinian claims on the land, the Supreme Court decision to demolish the neighborhood based on aerial photographs referring to a few meters which may have been cultivated in the past is unjustified.

"In all the world and in Israel, a person who mistakenly builds on private land negotiates with the owners and pays proper compensation. Here there are no owners yet the residents are willing to post compensation in the event that owners may come in the future, but even this is unacceptable to the court. Where is the justice in this court?", the professors asked.
