Citing the United Arab Emirates newspaper Khaleej Online, Channel 10 Television reports that an unknown person fired from close range at a member of the Hamas terror organization's political bureau, Imad al-Alami, who is in very serious condition at Shifa Hospital in Gaza City.
Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum said Al-Alami was hit in the head by an accidental discharge while checking his weapon.
