The District Labor Court in Tel Aviv has rejected an application by the Enav non-profit organization, which operates eight locked government dormitories for at-rish youth, to issue an injunction against a strike by the 400 employees of the organization.
The Coah La'ovdim (Power for Workers) organization announced the intention to shut down the dormitories because of the announcement by the Ministry of Social Affairs that it's stopping contact with the organization at the end of the month. The ruling states that the employees are entitled to strike from next Thursday at 10 am, provided that at least one counselor remain each night shift with each group in the various dormitories.
