Attorney Yossi Fuchs petitioned the Supreme Court demanding that the police not present its recommendations to the Attorney-General regarding indictments against suspects, even those whose investigations preceded the Recommendations Law.
Fuchs claims that as opposed to what the public thinks, the law does not authorize police to include their recommendations and the current custom of doing so is against constitutional law which does not permit such behavior.
