The French Foreign Ministry stated Tuesday afternoon that France is "worried" over the number of people killed and arrested during demonstrations against the Iranian regime.
"The right to demonstrate is a basic right," said the spokesman, who refused to answer the question of whether French foreign minister Jean-Yves Le Drian would be visiting Tehran as planned this week.
