The Knesset Finance Committee has approved the Keren Kayemeth Leyisrael (Jewish National Fund) Law, which states that the JNF will be transferred to a full tax payment track like any other corporation in the State of Israel.

It was agreed that the JNF would be able to choose between two tracks: First track - payment of 65% of its revenues, i.e. 1 billion shekels. Under the second option, the JNF would be able to start paying taxes as of tomorrow and be exempt from paying that NIS 1 billion.
