A new regulation initiated by Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked will prevent the entry to Israel of Palestinians who owe money to Israelis.
The new regulation was passed by the cabinet Sunday. Shaked said that "the times when Palestinian Arabs exploited Israelis knowing that their debt could not be collected have ended."
