Communcations Minister Kara promises to fast-track legislation that would save Channel 20

Communications Minister Ayoob Kara fast-track legislation that would enable Channel 20, Channel 9, Channel 24 and the commercial channel to receive a proper license which will remove regulation which is threatening their closure.
