Judea region police who were involved in enforcement activities on road 60 in Gush Etzion Monday night saw an Israeli license-plated car crossing the Efrat lights on red.
Police followed the car using various methods and stopped it nearby.
Investigation revealed that the driver was a Palestinian Arab resident of Halhul who had never had a driver's license. The car had been stolen four days earlier from Jerusalem.
The driver was arrested and remanded in custody for 5 days.
