PA leader Rami Hamdallah took part in the Christmas mass last night in Bethlehem.
"East Jerusalem will continue to be the capital of Palestine - Arab, Palestinian and Christian," said Hamdala, who was quoted by Channel 10 on Sunday.
Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas and senior PA officials also attended the event.
