Following word of Magen David Adom Director Eli Bin's letter to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, which said that MDA may be forced to stop providing life-saving services in the areas of Judea and Samaria due to a lack of budget transfers, the directorship of United Hatzalah has issued a directive to its volunteers to increase their coverage of these areas in order to prevent a loss of life.
