Chief Justice Netanel Benisho of the Military Court of Appeals has rejected the appeal against the detention of Ahed Tamimi, the Samarian Palestinian Authority woman arrested on suspicion of assaulting an Israeli soldier.
Colonel Benisho explained that there are investigative needs that justify her continued detention.
