Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin slammed the US government's decision to arm Ukraine, claiming the choice "raises the danger of derailing the process of peaceful settlement in Ukraine," the RIA Novosti agency reported Saturday.
The conflict has claimed over 10,000 lives since it began in April 2014.
