The Foreign Ministry is continuing its efforts to persuade as many countries as possible not to support the UN resolution negating the American recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital.
"This is a worldwide effort on every continent," the ministry said, adding that there is still hope to "prevent a European consensus supporting the resolution."
"Due to the sensitivity of the matter and the pressure of the Arab-Muslim bloc, we are not revealing information about countries before the vote," the ministry added.
