The director-general of the National Union, Ofir Sofer, sent a letter Tuesday to Communications Minister Ayoob Kara, stressing the importance of Channel 20 for the Israely media and demanded that he "let it act with freedom."
Sofer decried the heavy-handed regulation and "selective enforcement" against Channel 20 by officials in the Cable and Satellite Broadcasting Council.
