Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has thanked the United States for its veto of a United Nations Security Council resolution against the recent US recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital.
In a Twitter video clip using language related to the Hanukkah holiday, "Netanyahu said, Thank you, Ambassador Haley. On Hanukkah, you spoke like a Maccabi. You lit a candle of truth. You dispel the darkness. One defeated the many. Truth defeated lies. Thank you, President Trump. Thank you, Nikki Haley."
