Facebook has filed a petition with the Supreme Court against the decision in a district court that it must restore the Hebrew Facebook page Statusim Metzaitzim (tweeting statuses).
Status Metzaitzim was the most popular Facebook page in Israel, with more than 700,000 likes. About three years ago, Facebook management deleted the page claiming that its owners sold statuses for money, in violation of the rules of the social network.
