The Central District Prosecutor submitted to the Kfar Saba an indictment against an investigative agency on charges of fraudulent receipt of items, posturing as a public servant and harming privacy.
The accused allegedly posed as other people in order to fraudulently receive information in the course of his work as a private investigator.
The accused also fraudulently received documents and attached a surveillance device to the vehicle of one of the complainants.
