Police bomb disposal experts discovered another explosive device on a Jenin resident outside the military court in Samaria.
Two different explosive devices were found on the Palestinian Arab's body. The entrance to the court is closed and bomb disposal experts are working to defuse the devices.
The suspect, a resident of the Jenin refugee camp, was taken for interrogation.
