Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked announced that next week she will distribute a draft of a law allowing the holding of terrorist bodies for negotiation purposes.
Shaked said that "the state of Israel will not return the terrorists bodies as long as our soldiers bodies are being held by the enemy."
