Carmel Tunnels fare to drop

The Carmel Tunnels are about to get cheaper. After Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon intervened, the tolls at the Carmel Tunnels will decrease by about 30% and will cost 6.95 NIS, down from the current NIS 8.6.
