German Chancellor Angela Merkel made it clear, Monday evening, that she rejects all forms of anti-Semitism and xenophobia.
Merkel added, "The government must fight all these cases with all its might." On Friday, police in Berlin arrested ten demonstrators who took part in a demonstration outside the United States embassy in which they burned Israeli flags in protest of US recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
