The official value of the dollar declined an average of .106 percent on Monday in mixed trading against the featured currencies on the Bank of Israel's foreign-exchange list.
The United States dollar was fixed at NIS 3.519, down .057 percent from Friday, while the Euro rose .409 percent to 4.1504 shekels and the pound sterling was set at 4.7092, down .784 percent.
