Report: New York blast a botched suicide bombing

Monday morning's pipe-bomb explosion at the New York Port Authority bus terminal was a botched suicide bombing, according to the New York Post.

Fox News says the suspect detained at the scene is a man from Brooklyn with a "foreign name".
