Sanders: 'Thoughtful and responsible' embassy transfer

White House spokesperson Sarah Sanders said that the declaration about moving the embassy had been delayed since "We wanted to make sure we had a thoughtful and responsible process and once the decision went through the full procedure, the declaration was made."
