A broad-based IDF exercise in Cyprus involving ground and air forces as well as Cyprus army forces, was concluded Thursday evening.
The week-long exercise tested the IDF's ability to train outside Israel with large ground forces.
A senior officer said that "the exercise was a very practical expression of all the challenges we will face in the next war."
