Northbound 4 blocked between Emek Hefer and Elyashive Jct.

Northbound Highway 4 has been blocked between the Hefer Junction and Elyashiv Junction, following an accident in which a 60-year-old pedestrian was killed by a bus.

The police recommend that motorists take alternate routes.
