France's PM regrets Trump's 'unilateral' Jerusalem announcement

France's Prime Minister Emannuel Macron told reporters during a trip to Algiers that France does not recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital.  "This decision is a regrettable decision that France does not approve of and goes against international law and all the resolutions of the UN Security Council," he said.
