The Jerusalem Municipality submitted a petition to the Supreme Court Tuesday against Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon and the finance ministry.
The petition claims that the finance ministry is not fulfilling the law and transferring government units to Jerusalem.
The municipality claims that the economic damage from not implementing the government decision will cost Jerusalem more than 2 billion NIS over the next decade and lead to the loss of 10,000 Jerusalem jobs.
