The Civil Administration held a meeting with community secretaries from Judea and Samaria, in which the head of the Administration, Brigadier-General Achvat Ben-Hur, described the activities and challenges facing the Civil Administration.
Ben-Hur said that since the beginning of 2017, more than 100 building plans had been deposited and more than 15,000 housing units are at the planning stage. The Civil Administration is also promoting road plans, tourism, industry, economic initiatives and quarries, as well as water infrastructure.
