According to the New York Times, PA Chairman Abbas met last month with the Saudi Crown Prince in Riyadh, where the Saudi leader proposed a peace plan.
The report said, according to officials who heard Abbas' version of the conversation, that the plan was "more tilted towards the Israelis."
