Knesset legal advisor: Bitan can vote in plenum

The Knesset's legal advisor, Attorney Eyal Yinon, said that MK David Bitan will be able to vote in the Knesset plenum regarding the Recommendations Law despite being under police investigation but will have to present proper disclosure of his investigation before he votes.
