Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely visited Gush Etzion and gave encouragement to local residents. During the tour a number of possible solutions for the Netiv Avot neighborhood were raised.
Hotovely said that "the government must regulate Netiv Avot. The solution which would be acceptable to residents would allow the continued expansion of the community in Gush Etzion. Plot 91 situated between Elazar and Alon Shvut could be a solution for the residents.
Hotovely added that "the legal injustice done by the Supreme Court which demands the destruction of houses even without a Palestinian claimant to the site, must stop."
