Erekat: Trump recognition of Jerusalem is playing with fire

Palestinian Arab officials on Friday criticized reports that U.S. President Donald Trump plans to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.

Saeb Erekat, Executive Secretary of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) said, "Any American recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel will bring about the end of the Jerusalem issue. This issue is weighty and dealing with it is playing with fire."
