The Samarian Regional Council's Psychology and Welfare Department is initiating a special intervention program in the wake of the lynch attempt on children who were on a Bar Mitzvah trip near the community of Migdalim.
The program includes discussions with children and guidance for parents. On Friday a special hotline for parental advice will be opened and as of the coming week activities will take place to give encouragement to all children.
