The Ministry of Communications has imposed a financial sanction on Bezeq Beinleumi (Bezeq International) Limited in the amount of NIS 156,790 after violating its license.
Complaints from the company's subscribers indicate that, contrary to the provisions of the license, Bezeq disconnected them after lengthy periods of time, even though it was obligated to disconnect them no later than the working day following the date of delivery of the notice to the company that the customers wanted out.
