The Attorney-General authorized an arrangement which could save 6 of the 15 houses slated to be demolished in the Netiv Avot neighborhood in Gush Etzion.
The arrangement would allow the sawing off of small parts of the houses situated on Palestinian land. The houses would then be given a temporary building permit before they are legalized.
In this way the neighborhood hopes to overturn the Supreme Court opposition to the arrangement which is supported by the state.
The Netiv Avot campaign headquarters welcomed the decision but said that the goal of the government is to deal with the appeals against the outpost and regulate it.
