Police arrested a 28-year-old Bat Yam resident on suspicion of assaulting his neighbor with his dogs after the neighbor woke him up.
The dogs were allegedly went out to the street, not tied by the owner. After the neighbor complained that the dogs were not connected, the dogs jumped on him, knocked him on the sidewalk and caused him to bleed on his head.
The suspect, who was arrested, will be brought today to the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court to extend his remand.
