The Histadrut Labor Federation has filed an appeal with the National Labor Court on the decision of the Be'er Sheva Regional Labor Court to close the Negev Keramika (Negev Ceramics) factory and dismiss its workers.
The union has also filed a motion to delay execution of the closure and to hold an urgent hearing in order to stop pre-dismissal hearings initiated by management until a further ruling by the court.
