    Blow in the face recognized as a 'work accident'

    An 80-year-old man who was attacked during his work as a car park attendant by a young driver has been recognized by the National Insurance Institute(NII) as having a work disability and will receive a special pension.

    The elderly attendant was hit in the face by the young man, broke his expensive glasses and suffered injuries to his wrist , facial bleeding and sensitivity in his neck and shoulders.

    The attendant sued the NII and received a 35% disability pension for the rest of his life.
