The Economic Department of the State Prosecutor informed the head of the Emanuel local council, Ezra Garshi, and the Habad local leader Haim Kischner that it is considering trying them for election bribery.
Garsh and Kischner are entitled to a hearing before a decision is taken whether to indict them. Two other former Emanuel residents who were members of the Habad local faction were summoned to the hearing.
