An indictment was issued Sunday against a 26-year-old Rishon Letzion resident on suspicion of breaking in to three lottery stalls in the city a week and a half ago as well as stealing money from charity boxes.
Police found evidence in the suspect's house connecting him to the burglaries and also discovered seven cannabis plants.
