Attorneys Aviad Hacohem and Oded Savorai representing the family of soldier Hadar Goldin, whose body is being held by Hamas in Gaza, have submitted a request to the Supreme Court to discuss their petition to push the government to act on behalf of returning Hadar's body and that of soldier Oron Shaul and a number of living Iraelis. The Goldin family claims that the government has admitted that it is not implementing security cabinet decisions to pressure Hamas, including a cessation of family visits to Hamas prisoners, a cessation of return of terrorist bodies to Hamas and prevention of humanitarian visits by Hamas members to Israel.
