A 14-year-old boy living in one of the lowlying communities photographed himself on his cellphone burning the tail of a cat.
The suspect was interrogated at a police station and admitted performing the act but stated that he did it after smoking drugs.
At the end of his interrogation the youth was transferred to social services for further treatment.
