Director Moti Ravid of the Mayanei Hayeshua Medical Center in Bnei Brak said on Thursday "There is significant improvement" in the condition of the leader of the Lithuanian haredi community, Rabbi Aharon Yehuda Leib Shteinman.
Interviewed by Kol Berama Radio, Professor Ravid said "We have stopped the drugs given yesterday to prevent a system from collapsing, and the rabbi is slowly returning to his previous state. Three days ago, I would not have thought the situation would improve that much."
