Rabbi Moshe and Yocheved Raskin established the Chabad house in Kampala, the capital of Uganda, in October and brought to 100 the number of countries where Chabad emissaries are located, according to an announcement at the meeting of emissaries in New York.
Thousands of emissaries from around the world stood in front of "770", the world center of Chabad in New York for the traditional photograph which defines the annual meeting.
The meeting this year was the 30th consecutive meeting since the Lubavitcher Rebbe initiated the meetings in 1988.
