Bill makes blocking a parked vehicle a criminal offense

By a vote of 39-0, the Knesset has approved and amendment to the Traffic Ordinance Bill submitted by Members of Knesset Michael Malkieli (Shas) and Yaakov Perry (Yesh Atid) to make parking a vehicle in a manner that blocks another vehicle, whether on public or private property, a criminal offense, so that the police will have enforcement authority in this matter.
