Deputy Defense Minister Rabbi Eli Ben Dahan criticized the decision of President Reuven Rivlin not to pardon Elor Azariya.
"This saga is rupturing the public, it's a shame that instead of putting it behind us we'll have to wear it for many more months," said Rabbi Ben Dahan in an interview with Army Radio.
