Starting soon: 3G surfing in Judea and Samaria

Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories, Major General Yoav Mordechai, announced on his Facebook page to Palestinian Authority internet surfers that starting in December, third-generation (3G) surfing will be operating in Judea and Samaria.
